Two patented technologies separate Accu-Joint™ from its competitors

Accu-Joint™ Implant

  • Non-cannulated solid stem cancellous threads prevents entry of infection into the medullary canal.
  • Grooves and scalloped edges under the head of the implant allow bone ingrowth, reducing implant rotation or loosening.
  • Reduced implant diameter prevents weight bearing on the implant by transferring load to the bone.
  • The implant is engineered to transfer stress forces onto the preserved hard subchondral bone and off the stem of the implant.

2-Stage Reamer

Performs two stages at once: allows smooth and natural articulation without interfering with bone or soft tissue function, preventing potential future injury and pain.

  1. Intra-articular radius cheilectomy for precise bone radius and implant countersinking.
  2. Outer-articular radius cheilectomy of the articular surface to the outer cortex.

Our patented REAMERS resurface the hard bone end of the toe joint for precise implant seating and bone ongrowth.
